Contribution Policy
How voluntary support for Democralink is processed and represented.
For-profit support
Democralink is a for-profit service. A contribution is voluntary support for product development and operations, not a charitable donation, investment, equity purchase, political contribution, or purchase of influence. It is not tax-deductible.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by PayPal or another provider shown at checkout. Democralink receives transaction identifiers, status, currency, and amount but not your full payment credentials. The provider's terms also apply.
Refunds and errors
Contact support@democralink.com promptly about duplicate, unauthorized, or mistaken transactions. We will review reasonable refund requests and honor rights required by law and payment-provider rules.
No preferential treatment
Financial support does not increase voting weight, reputation, moderation preference, elected role eligibility, or control over community decisions. Any future paid feature will be described separately before purchase.
